PROFILE:

Kara has a passion for helping clients achieve things inside and outside of the gym that they thought were never possible.

She enjoys educating her clients on the importance of exercise and getting them to develop strong foundational movement patterns.

Kara enjoys working with any client, and is always up for a chat! Her professional interests include Women’s Health, Osteopenia/Osteoporosis and Breast Cancer.

“I love empowering anyone, but particularly women, to feel strong and not fear weight training. Our bodies were made to move and I want to help everyone achieve that!”

Kara has had a passion for exercise since she was young. Growing up in the country playing many sports, from netball to tennis to karate, and a long history of dancing for 12 years.

Since moving to Adelaide, Kara has shifted her interest to strength training and kickboxing/Muay Thai. Outside of work you will find Kara travelling or camping!

Kara has stepped up into a Senior EP role, taking onboard extra responsibilities of managing student programs from both UniSA and Flinders University. Working to develop skills of the Exercise Science and clinical Exercise Physiology students. Guiding them through learning what an EP workplace is like, while they manage their own clients through cardio sessions, objective testing and Exercise Physiology sessions.
