iNform Men’s Health Class

Published by
Scott Wood

Welcome to iNform’s Men’s Health Group Training Program. Facilitated by Senior iNform Exercise Physiologist, Scott Wood (me!), in this class you can expect; no jacked-up gym bros peacocking around; no ego-stroking leaderboards; no wannabe drill-sergeants yelling and screaming; no sink-or-swim circuits designed by 20 year-old fitness ‘influencers’.

I am a 41 year-old Exercise Physiologist, and I am a working Father and Husband. My wife and I have a mortgage, school fees and other bills to pay. I know what it is like to have people rely on me to help them satisfy their needs and wants, and that at times it can feel like you are being pushed and pulled from many directions at once. I know that it is really easy for your health to become the last priority.

I also know if you take a little time to care for yourself, that investment will reap great dividends that you can spread amongst all the roles you fulfill.

So what can you expect if you become part of this program?

  • A weekly 60-minute group class that will be designed and implemented by me that will grow your strength, power, agility, anaerobic fitness, stability and mobility.
  • An environment where men can train together, encourage each other and challenge themselves.
  • Complimentary home programs to reinforce your group sessions.
  • Weekly discussions and content on a wide variety of relevant health topics, such as nutrition, mental health, sleep and weight loss.

That you clicked on this link to this blog tells me you want to make a positive change for your health. I encourage you to take that next step and book in for this program. I’m confident you’ll be glad you did.
