Welcome, ladies, to iNform Health and Fitness Solutions, where we are committed to empowering women to prioritize their health and wellness journey. We’re excited to announce the launch of our exclusive Women’s Health Group Class. This class will be facilitated by Maddi Shaw (me!).

In this class you can expect an inclusive and encouraging environment where you can push yourself to get stronger, you can ask questions about women’s health topics to make informed decisions about your health and you can get access to a network of women’s specific allied health professionals.

Throughout my life, I have witnessed numerous women struggle with the issues/challenges of menopause and not receiving the whole story or proper education about what to expect from these changes and how they may affect future health. I also know this stage of life can be challenging to balance, older parents with health conditions and having children still living at home or grandparent duties.

So what can you expect if you become part of this program.

  • A weekly 60-minute group class that will be designed and implemented by me that will grow your strength, power, agility, stability and mobility.
  • An environment where women can train together, encourage each other and challenge themselves.
  • Weekly discussions and content on a wide variety of relevant women’s health topics, such as menopause, bone strength, nutrition, mental health, sleep and weight loss.
