Jacinta is an exercise physiologist at iNform who has recently completed an honours degree in biomechanics, and is now pursuing a PhD in the area of exercise, specifically yoga, for mental health and wellbeing.
Jacinta enjoys collaborating with her clients to create unique evidence-based exercise programs, so that long term behaviour change and improved health are both attained and maintained.
