PROFILE:

Maddi graduated from UniSA with a bachelor of Exercise Science, and Human Nutrition and then completed her Masters in Exercise Physiology at Flinders University. Maddi is passionate about improving health holistically and encouraging individuals to find a balanced routine and lifestyle.

Maddi specialises in Women’s Health and initiated and set up our Women’s Health Class. Aiming to improve health, strength, and bone density in Women who are pre-menopause, menopausal and post-menopause.

She is also experienced in working with paediatrics (ADHD, ASD, Neurological Conditions, etc).

Other professional interests include: metabolic conditions such as diabetes and PCOS.

Maddi was drawn to Exercise Physiology as a career as she has always been heavily involved (and competitive!) in sports, so naturally wanted to help others to experience the value of being active.
Additionally, growing up she saw loved ones suffering from chronic conditions and seeing the impact
exercise could have on mental health, management of condition and everyday capacity and this motivated her to take an active role in helping people in this area.

Maddi’s personal interests are camping, hiking and rock climbing along with water activities such as stand up paddling, kayaking, and swimming. She used to referee basketball (NBL1), however now settles for spectating her favorite team, the Adelaide 36ers. She is also a Crows AFL fan!
