Clinically, I specialise in chronic pain management. I follow, and have studied evidence based pain sciences through obtaining a bachelor degree in Psychological Science (Cognitive Neuroscience). I have a deep curiosity in qualitative management and collaborative care with regards to graded corrective exercise. Building trust and having empathy and compassion are strong values I carry in my practice and In my personal life.
PROFILE:
My degree in Neuroscience has helped me gain a greater understanding of acute & chronic pain. I use this experience to help clients with behavioural and emotional responses to pain and movement. I also have a special interest in neurodegenerative & mental health prevention.
When I’m not spending time with my clients I love meditation and exercising. I also enjoy reading and writing about neuroscience, philosophy and personal development.
