Is Whoop different to other trackers? I already have a Fitbit!
The Whoop dashboard then allows us as your exercise physiologists to create an exercise program tailor-made to meet your exercise AND recovery needs. Not only does this help you avoid illness and injury, but it allows you to reach your fitness goals faster and to a higher standard.
It also has the best sleep analytics we have seen, providing very accurate sleep quality data.
This analysis then makes recommendations for the amount of ‘load’ (activity) you should aim for the following day.
The Whoop system is the best ‘one-stop-shop’ activity tracker we have seen, as it allows us to track the things that are truly important when coaching our clients, keeping us iNformed; we really do feel like this gives us an unfair advantage over other professionals.
How much does it cost to use the Whoop band for health coaching?
For some of us it’s good to know that an Exercise Physiologist is keeping an eye on your health, without the need for weekly contact. That’s why we’ve developed a coaching program where you touch base face-to-face every few months but you’ll receive regular online feedback from your Exercise Physiologist.
We will be able to help you identify your health behaviours throughout the whole week and give you feedback regardless of where you are and what you are doing.
This coaching service will be available to you for $20 per week when you commit to this coaching program over 12 month.
You will have access to the Whoop Band and the App for this period and get regular feedback from your Exercise Physiologist to help you get the most out of your training with us.
You will also receive set-up session with our support team and quarterly coaching sessions to help you plan your health goals and implement the Whoop Band to its fullest potential.

What's included in the health coaching membership?
Over the membership timeframe you will have access to a WHOOP band and the Whoop App for you to see your daily activity, recovery and sleep patterns in real time.
While the WHOOP has some great coaching tools such as a Strain (Activity) Coach and Sleep Coach, your Exercise Physiologist will also be able to analyse your data.
They will then be able to provide you with more individualised feedback, either during your quarterly coaching session with us or during the week when the need arises.
At the end of the membership you can then make the decision to return the Whoop strap, or renew your membership and keep the support going.
