Senior Exercise Physiologist

 

Holly is a senior exercise physiologist at iNform and has been active in the health and fitness industry for over eight years. Over this time, she has been busy with both Australian and South Australian Hockey commitments, plus completing an honours degree in Type 2 Diabetes and she is now completing a PhD with the University of Adelaide in the specialist field Exercise Oncology. She is passionate about the use of tailored exercise as medicine but also teaching people the joy and skill of movement.

Nathan has accumulated 14 years experience in various fitness, exercise, health and wellbeing settings including clinical, sporting and corporate arenas. At the heart of each experience, Nathan has welcomed the formation of individual connections to ensure that all aspects of advice are specifically tailored to the needs of clients, with particular interest toward the role of exercise in promoting improved mood, stress management and cognitive acuity. Most recently, Nathan has been involved in developing the next generation of exercise professionals through tertiary teaching and coordination of clinical placement programs for students of fitness, exercise science and exercise physiology.
