Harris initially developed his interest in exercise and movement throughout high school where he was involved in a variety of sports and training. It was during his university studies where he further developed an interest in functional movement and refining movement patterns with the focus of reducing injury risk and musculoskeletal pain.
Harris will work carefully to help people achieve their goals while providing the structure, education and tools required to improve movement quality.
