Dave has been with iNform for over 5 years and has a strong passion for helping people move better and perform at their best. He is regularly involved in water based sports such as surfing and surf life saving as well as cricket and mountain biking. He is accredited with Exercise and Sports Science Australia.

Exercise Physiologist

 

Claire has been working as an Accredited Exercise Physiologist for the last 5 years. She has been a clinical educator at the University of South Australia for 4 years and has worked in many other settings including the MS Society and aged care. Claire is passionate about the role of movement and physical activity as tools for the improvement of quality of life and health.

Claire spends most of her free time outside and loves water based activities. She strongly believes that the purpose of exercise training is not to be able to stay in a gym to exercise but to be outside doing the things we love, whether that be walking, riding, gardening, mucking around in the ocean or playing soccer with the kids. She is also a current state chapter member for Exercise and Sports Science Australia.

 

Professional Interests:

  • Educating people about how movement can improve health and quality of life
  • Seeing people achieve their functional goals that they set for themselves
  • Working with clients that have found motivation and commitment challenging in the past to develop long term sustainable exercise habits.

  • Attempting to surf
  • Being outside – walking, bike riding & gardening

Jacinta is an exercise physiologist at iNform who has recently completed an honours degree in biomechanics, and is now pursuing a PhD in the area of exercise, specifically yoga, for mental health and wellbeing.

Jacinta enjoys collaborating with her clients to create unique evidence-based exercise programs, so that long term behaviour change and improved health are both attained and maintained.

Kim is a recent Clinical Exercise Physiology graduate, with a background in teaching Pilates. She is also completing her honours investigating yoga for children with abdominal pain syndromes.

Kim has always been fascinated by the human body and is finds nothing more rewarding than helping people move better, move more and enjoy all of the benefits of exercise.
