Claire Neylon

Exercise Physiologist

Claire has been working as an Accredited Exercise Physiologist for the last 5 years. She has been a clinical educator at the University of South Australia for 4 years and has worked in many other settings including the MS Society and aged care. Claire is passionate about the role of movement and physical activity as tools for the improvement of quality of life and health.

Claire spends most of her free time outside and loves water based activities. She strongly believes that the purpose of exercise training is not to be able to stay in a gym to exercise but to be outside doing the things we love, whether that be walking, riding, gardening, mucking around in the ocean or playing soccer with the kids. She is also a current state chapter member for Exercise and Sports Science Australia.
